Since 1990 Fenix has been involved in modeling and implementation of long-term injections (water/polymer-flooding, DCI, H2S/CO2 re-injection, gas storage projects, geothermal injection/production pairs, etc.). Fully Coupled Modeling allows us to understand and determine the optimum number of wells required and the operational criteria, e.g. injection rates, to do this safely and efficiently. We have unique in-house expertise to perform this fully coupled rockmechanical-reservoir engineering to plan and understand long-term injections.
